My French Vue Bistro Cooking at Home

This is a fantastic follow up to Shannon Bennett's first book, My Vue. It is a collection of delicious French recipes that are highly accessible and ideal for every day of the week. Even the most half hearted cook cannot fail to be both empowered and inspired by tantalising recipes. Shannon Bennett is passionate about food but very generous with his expertise so his recipes are always reliable, live up to what is promised and won't let you down unlike a lot of cookbooks by high profile chefs which I have purchased only to be let down because despite faithful execution of the recipes they don't work or, work poorly. Both books would make, in my view, a wonderful gift to a Francophile, an interested cook or anyone who derives pleasure from simply reading cookbooks. Seal the deal by adding in a French style rolling pin made of Huon Pine (from Strahan, Tasmania). And don't miss the the Vue De Monde website which is a mesmorising visual treat.
