Scrumptious easy to make recipes. I have made the Chinese Hot & Sour Soup and one of the Butternut Squash Soups. I have loaned the book to friends who have also given it rave reviews. The photography will have you drooling.

I collect cookbooks. This is one of my all-time favorites. Several of my friends have purchased it and every single recipe we have tried has been fantastic! One friend said the Artichoke Bisque was so good it made her mother cry! I made the Lusty Fish Stew and my 11-year-old daughter said, "How have I lived my whole life without this soup?!" Terrific, delicious and surprisingly quick recipes.
